Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of consumable food products, returns are generally not accepted once an item has been delivered.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or video proof of the issue.

3. Review & Resolution

After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or another suitable resolution depending on the nature of the issue.

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable business period.

5. Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or replacements may not be available for delayed complaints, opened packs without valid issue proof, or dissatisfaction based on taste preference alone.
